Boiler repair is the job we are called for most. When the heating or hot water stops, ring Lee on 020 8050 5913. He will ask what the boiler is doing, and if it is something you can safely fix yourself, such as low pressure or a lockout, he will talk you through it on the phone at no charge.
24/7 emergency call-out, 365 days a year
If it needs an engineer, we aim to get to you the same day. Many faults are fixed on the first visit, so get in touch before you think about replacing the boiler.
Lee answers the phone himself. Tell him the make of the boiler, what it is doing and any code on the display. A surprising number of call-outs end on that first call: a boiler that has lost pressure, a frozen condensate pipe in winter, or a thermostat with flat batteries.
If an engineer is needed, we book a time and tell you the rate before anyone sets off. Once on site we will tell you how long the repair should take within the first half hour, so there are no surprises on the bill.
We will always give you an honest view. If a boiler is under 10 years old and the part is available, a repair is usually the better value. If it is older, keeps breaking down, or the part costs a large share of a new boiler, we will explain the numbers and let you decide. We never push a new boiler on a repair visit.
We regularly repair boilers in tenanted homes. We arrange access with your tenant, keep you informed through the visit and send a short report when the job is done.
