Because we charge by the hour, it is often worth grouping a few small jobs into one visit. Send us the list and we will estimate how long it should take.

Weekday rate applies Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Out-of-hours rate applies at all other times.
1 hour: £120 including VAT (£100 + VAT), labour only.

Running cisterns, broken flushes, leaks and new toilets fitted.

We bill in whole hours at the published rate; there are no half-hour rates. Once a job runs more than 10 minutes into the next hour, that hour is charged in full.
Tell him what is happening. If it is a quick fix, he will talk you through it for free. If not, we will get an engineer to you, usually the same day.
