24/7 emergency plumber in South London

We run a 24/7 emergency call-out service, 365 days a year. Customers have described us as the first company to pick up on a Sunday and arriving within 20 to 30 minutes on a Saturday. That is not a promise for every job, but it is how we try to work.

While you wait: turn off the water at the stopcock (usually under the kitchen sink), switch off any electrics near the water, and open the cold taps to drain the pipes.

  • No water at all
  • An overflowing toilet or tank
  • A leaking hot water cylinder

What’s included

  • Isolating and making the leak safe
  • Temporary or permanent pipe repairs
  • Stopcock and isolation valve replacement
  • Advice for your insurance claim

Out-of-hours pricing

Outside weekdays 8am to 5pm, labour is £180 an hour including VAT (£150 + VAT). We tell you that before we set off, so you can decide whether it can wait until morning. One reviewer noted we charged normal rates for a Friday evening job that ran late.

What customers say

“Very good service. On-time. Upfront rate quotes were reasonable. They diagnosed a water heater problem as part of the same service call and it was fixed quickly. I'll use them again no question.”
