We bill by the full hour. Once a job runs more than 10 minutes into the next hour, that hour is charged in full. We do not offer half-hour rates.
Inspections, on-site advice and fault finding are chargeable at the hourly rate. Advice over the phone stays free: if Lee can talk you through a fix, there is nothing to pay.
On every repair visit the engineer will estimate how long the job needs within the first half hour on site, so you know roughly what it will cost before the work goes ahead.
Boiler installations, central heating systems, bathrooms, cylinders and underfloor heating are priced with a fixed written quote after a survey. We offer up to 15 years warranty on boilers, and the Sunday Telegraph named us the best value boiler installer in London in December 2018.

Advice by phone is free. On site, inspections, advice and fault finding are charged at the hourly rate, because that is engineer time.
We bill in whole hours. If a job runs more than 10 minutes into the next hour, that hour is charged in full. For example, a job taking 1 hour 8 minutes is billed as 1 hour; a job taking 1 hour 15 minutes is billed as 2 hours.
Any time outside Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm: weekday evenings and early mornings, weekends and bank holidays. We will always tell you which rate applies before we set off.
