As a landlord you are legally responsible for making sure the gas appliances, fittings and flues in your property are safe, and they must be checked every 12 months by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
We provide fixed-price landlord gas safety certificates. We will arrange the appointment directly with your tenant, confirm the time with you, and send you the certificate once the check is done. We can send your tenant a copy too.
The rules let you have the check done up to two months before the current certificate expires while keeping the original renewal date. You do not lose months by booking early, and you avoid a certificate lapsing because a tenant was hard to reach.
Give us your tenant’s contact details and we will agree a time with them directly. Many of our landlord customers have used us for years across several properties, and letting agents and maintenance firms send us their own clients.
